Visit to the Sámi Village The visit begins exploring the Sámi Museum, where the group will gain a basic understanding of Sámi culture, Sámi history and its connection with nature. Following this, the group will explore an authentic Sámi village, offering a deeper understanding of this indigenous culture, reindeer husbandry, Sámi handicrafts and art. During the visit we will meet modern Sámis, we will hear their thoughts about nature and their way of life. During the program, the guests will have the opportunity to participate in some activities themselves and experience the true appeal of this culture. During the visit there is the chance to take an excursion into nature led by Sámi guides. The duration of the programme is from a half day to a number of days. Accommodation is either in cabins (***) or a wilderness hotel (***).
